Return and Refund Policy

At Nuryadi Tools, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to customers located in Indonesia and international destinations.


Return Authorization Requirement

All returns must be requested and approved in advance. Do not return any item without prior authorization. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided only after the return request has been approved.


Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • New and unused condition: Items must not be used, installed, or show signs of wear or modification.
  • Original packaging required: Products must be returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included items.
  • Resale condition: Items must remain in resellable condition after inspection.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification.
  • Custom-made or special-order products.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the purchase date stated on your invoice. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Email sales@nuryaditools.com within 30 days of purchase and include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Step 2: Receive Approval & Instructions
If approved, we will provide return instructions, the applicable return address, and shipping guidance.

Step 3: Prepare & Ship Your Return
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging and use a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend insuring the shipment.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Nuryadi Tools Responsibility

Return shipping will be covered by Nuryadi Tools only if the return is due to an incorrect item shipped, a damaged item on arrival, or a confirmed manufacturing defect. In these cases, a prepaid return label may be provided.

Customer Responsibility

For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong product ordered):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers may use their own courier service or request a downloadable PDF return label.
  • If a return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Label Fees & Restocking

Typical return label fees range from USD 15–40, depending on destination. Additionally, for non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted to cover inspection and handling.


Domestic Returns (Indonesia)

For domestic returns within Indonesia, customers must use a trackable courier service (such as JNE, J&T, or SiCepat). Return labels are not provided for domestic returns unless due to a confirmed Nuryadi Tools error.


Reshipping Fee

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, a reshipping fee of USD 90.00 will apply for international orders.


Refund Process & Timeline

Once the item is received and inspected:

  • Inspection Time: Up to 5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Refund Processing: Within 5 business days after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact sales@nuryaditools.com immediately for cancellation requests.
