Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7 – Western Indonesia Time)
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, the order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–16 business days (includes order processing)

International Orders

  • Flat International Shipping Rate: USD 90.00
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied for orders above USD 500.00

Free Standard Shipping is available across Indonesia. Our domestic courier partners include JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, and other reliable regional couriers.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, courier information, and order summary. You can track your shipment via the courier’s official website. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact sales@nuryaditools.com.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees. These charges:

  • Are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.
  • Are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
  • Are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

A shipment may be returned if an incorrect address was provided, the customer refuses delivery, or the package is not collected. In such cases, a reshipping fee of USD 90.00 may apply for international reshipments.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at sales@nuryaditools.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.
