The PIE 830 Multifunction Diagnostic Calibrator goes far beyond traditional process calibration. In addition to sourcing and measuring common process signals, it functions as a loop detective, capable of identifying hidden problems such as ground faults, moisture intrusion, corrosion bridges, and current leakage —issues that standard calibrators and multimeters often miss.
With a dual display, built-in Loop Diagnostic technology, and LoopScope™, the PIE 830 allows technicians to see the full health of a live loop in real time. This prevents unnecessary transmitter replacement and dramatically reduces troubleshooting time in the field or plant.
